TV back panel packaging Solution
Due to the panels' large size, TECPACK used an iron tray base and plastic honeycomb panels for the enclosure. HDPE corner brackets enabled stackable boxes. Internally, EPE partitions protected panels from transport damage.

used a steel pipe to fix the steering wheel. It was screwed to the tray, sealed with silicone, and shock-proofed with banana washers. The wheel was covered and packed in plastic boxes for transport.
Pulley Packaging Solution
The pulley is round, made of heavy cast iron or steel. We use steel-reinforced injection 3-runner pallets to carry them. TECKPACK fixed them with honeycomb panels, enabling stacking. Each container holds 280 pulleys, saving storage and delivery costs.

EV batteries are impact-sensitive and vary in design. provides efficient Li-ion packaging solutions, enhancing safety and reducing weight and costs. For Motor’s batteries, used custom pallets to secure them tightly, preventing transport damage, and standard 1200×1000 boxes for compatibility.
